Shipping and Delivery Policy

At Worldonomics, we are committed to delivering your orders accurately, in good condition, and always on time. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping and Delivery Policy.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver to most pin codes across India. If we are unable to ship to your specific location due to courier restrictions, our customer support team will notify you immediately and process a full refund.

2. Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen logistical challenges or weather conditions.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email and/or SMS once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Custom Duties and Taxes

Worldonomics is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Damages

If you receive your order damaged, please contact our support team at info@incoc.in within 48 hours of delivery. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. We will require photos of the damaged product and the outer packaging to process a replacement.

7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If the address is incorrect or incomplete, we cannot be held responsible for lost packages. Any additional shipping costs incurred due to address errors will be charged to the customer.
