*The notification also states that the revised NATS stipend rate applicable from 1 April 2026 is ₹12,300 per month, with 50% of the minimum prescribed rate borne by the Government of India through DBT. Candidates should follow the stipend provisions in the official notification.
Educational Qualification
For the Graduate Apprentice – Finance position, candidates must possess a full-time B.Com degree from a recognised university as on the prescribed cut-off date.
Only candidates meeting the educational qualification requirements specified in Advertisement No. A01/2026 should apply.
Age Limit
The minimum age is 18 years and the maximum age is 30 years as on 1 October 2026.
Age relaxation is applicable by 5 years for SC/ST candidates and 3 years for OBC-NCL candidates, where the relevant seat is reserved.

Passing Year Eligibility
Candidates should not have completed more than three years after passing the qualifying examination as on 1 October 2026.
According to the notification, candidates who passed the minimum educational qualification in 2026, 2025, 2024 and on or after 1 July 2023 are eligible, subject to fulfilment of all other conditions.
Selection Process
There will be no interview for the apprenticeship selection.
Eligible candidates will be shortlisted through a merit list prepared on the basis of marks secured in the essential educational qualification.
Training Duration and Posting
The apprenticeship training will be for one year. Extension of the apprenticeship after completion of one year will not be permitted.
Selected candidates may be deployed at various IRCON projects and offices across India, depending on availability of slots. The notification mentions locations including Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, West Bengal, Jharkhand, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Assam, Rajasthan and Delhi-NCR.
